Return and Refund Policy
The Seasoned Home wants every customer to feel comfortable ordering QIMVORA™ kitchen products. This policy outlines the requirements and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. When an Item May Be Returned
A return may be requested within 30 days after the item is received.
Returned merchandise must:
Remain in the condition in which it arrived
Be unused and unworn, with original tags when applicable
Include the original packaging
Be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase
2. Requesting a Return
Before sending an item back, contact us at:

After a return request is approved, we will send:
A return shipping label
Instructions explaining where and how the package should be sent
Please do not mail an item before receiving approval. Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders
Review the contents of the shipment when it arrives.
Contact us right away when an item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. We will assess the issue and work to correct it.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Returns are not available for:
Perishable products, including food, plants, or flowers
Custom-made or personalized merchandise
Personal-care products, including beauty or hygiene items
Hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gases
The original shipping charge paid at checkout
The following are also final sale and cannot be returned:
Sale merchandise
Gift cards
Contact us before beginning a return when you are uncertain whether a product qualifies.
5. Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, return the original item first. After that return has been accepted, place a separate order for the preferred replacement.
6. European Union 14-Day Cancellation Right
Orders delivered to the European Union may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without the customer having to provide an explanation.
The merchandise must still be unused and unworn, include applicable tags, remain in its original packaging, and be returned with proof of purchase.
This 14-day right applies independently of the standard 30-day return period.
7. Refund Timing
We will review the return after it reaches us and will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
For an approved return:
The refund is sent to the payment method originally used
Processing may require up to 10 business days
A bank or card provider may need additional time before the credit appears on the account.
Contact service@ndbdd.com when more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved.
8. Return Address
Do not send a return until The Seasoned Home has issued the required return shipping label.
